On August 23, a day after our one year anniversary (attached anniversary picture below with the Pittsburgh skyline), we made it back to Medellín, Colombia, safe and sound. We want to thank you all for your prayers while we were in the States the last two months. Thank you to the churches who allowed us to speak and took such good care of us. Thank you everyone for all the delicious meals and opening up your homes. Thank you for allowing us at times just to hang out and rest. Thank you for your prayers, love, and financial donations. We had such a blessed time and enjoyed seeing family and friends and making new connections. Our God is certainly good!
Life back here in Colombia is on the move again, and we are excited to see what God will do for the future of our neighborhood, Robledo, where we live and do ministry daily. Please continue to pray for the church plant, Iglesia Esperanza Viva (Living Hope Church, picture attached with some church friends from Sunday) and for the hearts of these people to want to know Christ more. Pray also for continued discipleships and for upcoming potential projects such as purchasing a new building and with that, a desire to have a community center and possibly, a pregnancy care center. We also need prayer for more laborers to join the team!! With all this being said, we cannot give God enough glory for all that He has done and will do. He is in charge, and we must continue to seek Him. What a mighty God we serve!
Thank you so much again. We love you all and until we meet again...
For the Kingdom,
Jamie, Peter, and Max (the weiner dog)
